Information you choose to share
When you call, email or submit an enabled estimate form, we use the contact information and project details you provide to respond, discuss the work, prepare estimates and manage related business records. Please do not send payment card details, passwords, access codes, identification documents or confidential plans through the website.
Website requests and delivery
An enabled estimate form collects your name, email, optional phone number, service, city or area, preferred timing and project description. Cloudflare provides hosting and security services. Turnstile checks are used when the online form is enabled to help prevent automated abuse. Inquiry messages are delivered through Resend to our business email inbox.
If online requests are unavailable, you can call or email directly. We do not display a sent confirmation unless the delivery service has accepted the request. A request is not a confirmed booking or price.
Technical information and links
Hosting and security providers may process technical information, including IP address, browser information and request activity, to deliver and protect the website. This website does not use advertising pixels or marketing analytics. Google review links open Google’s website, where Google’s own privacy practices apply.
Use, access and retention
We use inquiry information for responding to you and conducting the related business. We do not sell inquiry information or add you to a marketing list through this form. Necessary service providers process information to host, protect and deliver the service. Messages and associated records may remain in the business inbox and provider systems; we do not promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days.
